Progressive Run Club

Ever wanted to go for a run in the park but found yourself out of breath and with a stitch before you have even made it to the end of your street?

Progressive Run Club is open to everyone and is all about becoming a comfortable runner by using interval training. This method involves intervals of walking and running so that over time your walking intervals become shorter whilst your running intervals become longer. You meet and train with other people who have the same goal, making it a fun and sociable way of gaining your confidence in running.

This year we are getting mums together to train for a 5k buggy-run for the Tree-Athlon. This event takes places in Battersea Park on Saturday the 18th of September, 2010. If you would like to join the sessions in Dulwich Park, please get in touch

Location: Dulwich Park
When: Friday's
Time: 1 hour
Cost: £5

If you and your friends or work mates would like to meet once a week in another location around London, please get in touch to start a Progressive Run Club near you.
