One to One training is available for those who are looking for an individual approach to their exercise needs and goals. You can train at a time and location that suits you best, whether it is in the park, at your office or in the comfort of your own home, fitting in with your lifestyle.
Jelly Belly Personal Training aims to provide you with different forms of exercise that you enjoy and possibly new ones that you may discover along the way as you achieve your goals.

Your initial consultation is free and sessions start from £45.
Option 1: Pay as you go @ £50 a session
Option 2: Block of 6 sessions @ £48, total of £288
Option 3: Block of 12 sessions @ £45, total of £540
Two to One training is also available for those who wish to train with a friend. If you both have similar goals and motivation towards exercise, this can be a fun and affordable way of having a Personal Trainer. Your Trainer will devise a programme that aims to suit you both, incorporating exercises that you can do together. The payment options listed above stay the same, so all you have to do is split the cost.
