Kellie Moore, Founder of Jelly Belly Pilates and Training
- Personal Trainer
- Mat Pilates Instructor
- Private and group sessions
Kellie has developed a specialist training programme specific to the needs of a mum recovering from a caesarean birth. She saw this need after working and speaking with mum's who had given birth via caesarean section and struggled with the physical limitations post-surgery and postural issues post-pregnancy. Jelly Belly Post-caesarean Pilates classes were created to address these issues, allowing each mum to see results as they progress with the different exercises.
Kellie is a qualified Pre/Post-natal Matwork Pilates instructor who trained with Future Fit and the Pilates Foundation. She also holds a Foundation Degree in Personal Training and Fitness Consultancy which was achieved through the London Metropolitan University. Kellie has a calm, yet motivating approach when instructing, with attention to technique and movement. She aims to create an environment that is both comfortable and enjoyable.

- Boxercise Instructor

Jude is a fully qualified Body Control Pilates teacher, Personal Trainer and Boxercise Instructor and she has been in the health and fitness industry for eight years. With the birth of her son in February 2010, she now has a special interest in pre and post-pregnancy Pilates, as she feels the benefit of learning the method at any stage of pregnancy, or after will help improve your quality of life, stay injury free, and gain your strength back.
Being a mum herself, Jude understands how important it can be to get your shape back after pregnancy and birth. She feels that a great way to continue to improve fitness and strength is through boxing, a high energy workout which is ideal for stress release, weight loss and toning the entire body; the perfect hour for a mum to have to herself and become fighting fit!
Jude's aim is to provide a friendly and enthusiastic environment in which to train, helping her clients to become fitter, stronger, and more confident about their body for the long term.
