What we're all about…

 

Jelly belly has a special focus for mothers recovering from a caesarean birth who want to lose their “jelly belly”, enabling them to regain their strength whilst improving energy, posture and shape. Using Pilates based exercises, considerations are made to ensure that each mum is able to perform the exercises safely minimising any pain or discomfort to the tummy area.

 

We also work with mums throughout their pregnancy, those who have had a straight forward birth and anyone looking to improve their body at any stage in their life!

 

 

What's on offer…

 

  • Post-caesarean Pilates and Post-natal Pilates classes are available to mums who are wanting to exercise in a small group setting with the opportunity to meet new mums whilst still getting the benefits of Pilates exercises. You can bring your baby too!
  • Personal Training is offered to those looking for an individual approach to their training needs and goals, fitting in with your schedule and location. 
  • Group Training is ideal for NCT groups who would like to exercise together with a tailored programme to suit everyone. This allows you to motivate each other and achieve your goals together whilst making it more affordable as you can split the cost. Babies are also welcome!
