What it’s all about…

Jelly belly has a special focus for mothers recovering from a caesarean birth who still wish to lose their “jelly belly”, enabling them to regain their strength whilst improving energy, posture and shape. Using Pilates based exercises, considerations are made to ensure that each mum is able to perform the exercises safely minimising any pain or discomfort to the tummy area.

 

What's on offer…

  • Personal Training is offered to any body that is looking for an individual approach to their training needs and goals, fitting in with your schedule and location. You could also choose to train with a friend who has the same exercise needs as you. This allows you to motivate eachother and achieve your goals together whilst making it more affordable as you both split the cost.
  • For those who are not post-natal or have had their children sometime ago, Jelly Belly can also provide training programmes or classes to suit you, including the Progressive Run Club and mixed Pilates Classes for all levels.
